Dr. Kleinsmith is CEO and founder of Anovite, Inc., is an accomplished author, and is a much sought after international speaker. Katie KleinsmithPresident

Katie Kleinsmith has had an inside look at the wellness industry and all aspects to running a successful business and producing 3rd Party validated products. Katie has worked closely with Colostrum6 since the age of 10 and has thorough experience in various departments of the company, including production. Katie recognizes the benefit of being familiar with many aspects of Anovite which she will carry throughout her evolving career with the company.

Outside of the company, Katie has pursued her passions through education by earning her degree in Esthetics. Her social marketing education and skills have been noticed on Silicon Hills, here in Utah, as several large technology companies have tried to entice her away. Katie's love for the wellness/cosmetic industry and her experience working with diverse people and products including esthetic lasers, medical-grade skincare and ingredients, and medical-board professionals has given her the perspective and appreciation required for helping others.

Carlos Flores is GMP-certified and head of quality control with over 16 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Eight of those years, he focused on managing and helping develop employees into leadership positions. Year over year, Carlos has maximized company growth, eliminated wastage, and improved quality control. He prides himself on a teamwork culture by developing his employees. Teamwork and innovation are a couple of the core values he lives by. Carlos is customer-focused, ensuring he delivers a high-quality product and is fearless in getting his hands dirty to get things fixed or continuously improve. Carlos is an avid video game collector, enjoys college football, & loves spending time with his family and 8-year-old daughter.

Kevin ReeseChief Technology Officer

Kevin Reese began his career in engineering before becoming fascinated by the power of the internet and its ability to change peoples' lives. Whether designing a mechanical system or developing an IT architecture, the concepts and challenges are often similar. He enjoys integrating technology and managing resources in such a way as to create powerful, efficient, and reliable systems that are easy to use.

Kevin has previously served in a similar role as the Director of Management Information Systems for a successful network marketing company and has first-hand experience with the unique opportunities and challenges facing network marketing companies. He also brings experience and perspective from outside the network marketing industry from his ten years as the Chief Operations Officer of a traditional eCommerce business.

In his spare time, Kevin enjoys making music and building things.

Alberto MiramontesCustomer Service Manager

Alberto Miramontes has 14 years of experience in the direct sales industry of health and beauty products. His experience and assignments within direct sales companies range from working with their Call Centers to being a Sales Manager in the US and Canada. He has also worked with other international markets such as Chile and Mexico. He loves people and always strives to put himself in their shoes and help them to stretch themselves and achieve their goals. He knows that any success in the directs sales industry comes when everyone works together.

Resiliency, flexibility and work ethic are a few of the skills that have allowed him to succeed in his career. He is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and do what needs to be done, but at the same time keeping his eyes focused on the big picture and goal.

Jesse has a wide range of creative experience working with digital media for the past 14 years.
Since 2014 he has been working in the direct sales industry around the world to provide branding, tools, and assets for promotional and educational use.

He enjoys working behind the scenes to make our company the best it can possibly be.

Dr. Gus BrooksHead of Veterinary Medical Board

Dr. Gus Brooks, DVM, has been into animals since 1986 working with baboons in Kenya, Africa. Dr. Brooks did his internship at the Los Angeles zoo in 1991. His motto is, “I see everything that is not human.”

As a practicing veterinarian, of over 26 years, he is always looking for an answer to better quality of life for his patients. A medication (supplement), must meet certain parameters:
